Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it activate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add gluten-free flour, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Stir until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms (do not knead like regular dough).
  4. Cover and let rise for about 30-40 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  6. Spread the dough on baking paper (you can use oiled hands).
  7. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then add tomato sauce and toppings, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until done.
