800 g pork ribs

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Cut the ribs into portions.
Mix the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and spices.
Brush the ribs well with the marinade.
Let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Arrange them in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
Serve warm.
