Ingredients
  • plant-based protein (pea/rice) – 80 g
  • bananas – 2 pcs
  • peanut butter – 2 tbsp
  • plant milk (almond/oat) – 400 ml
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  2. Place them in a blender.
  3. Add the protein, peanut butter, and milk.
  4. Optionally add cocoa and vanilla.
  5. Add the chia seeds.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Serve.
