Pasta with Pesto and Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 200 g pasta
  • 100 g pesto
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 30 g parmesan
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, dice the tomatoes.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot.
  4. Add the pesto and mix well.
  5. Add the tomatoes and olive oil, and mix again.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve topped with grated parmesan.
