Beef Tongue in Pan Butter

Ingredients
  • 800 g boiled beef tongue
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
  1. Slice the tongue thinly, coat it with olive oil, and cook in a hot dry pan until golden brown on all sides.
  2. Return the tongue to the pan.
  3. Add lemon juice, paprika, and soy sauce, and stir well.
  4. Serve with a side dish of your choice!
