Ingredients

800 g boiled beef tongue

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce
check_circle
1 tbsp paprika
check_circle
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Slice the tongue thinly, coat it with olive oil, and cook in a hot dry pan until golden brown on all sides.
Return the tongue to the pan.
Add lemon juice, paprika, and soy sauce, and stir well.
Serve with a side dish of your choice!
