Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken meat
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken meat into pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the chicken until golden.
  4. Add the onion and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the cream and stir.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook on low heat for about 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
