Ingredients
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 eggplants
  • 500ml tomato sauce
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • ground cumin
  • fenugreek
  • lovage
  • black pepper
  • curry
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Grate the eggplant and pepper coarsely.
  3. Bring water to a boil for the spaghetti.
  4. Sauté the vegetables in a pan over medium heat.
  5. After 10-15 minutes, add the tomato sauce and spices.
  6. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water.
  7. Serve the desired portion of spaghetti and sauce on plates.
