basil - 4 - 5 leaves

sunflower seeds - 30 g

lemon juice - juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation
Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into spirals. If you don't have a spiralizer, slice it into thin strips with a peeler or knife.
In a blender, mix the tomato, spinach, red bell pepper, 25 g of sunflower seeds, basil, lemon juice, hot pepper, garlic, and black pepper.
Add the sauce to the zucchini spaghetti.
Sprinkle the remaining 5 g of seeds on top. Optionally, add an olive or a basil leaf for garnish.
