Ingredients
  • 300g mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 small head of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • parsley
  • oil
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Clean and chop the vegetables.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in a little oil.
  3. Add 2-2.5 liters of water.
  4. Add the carrots and celery.
  5. Let the soup simmer for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 bunch of parsley.
