Avocado and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 80 g olives
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna (about 300 g drained)
  • 60 g parmesan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash and tear the lettuce into a large bowl.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and spring onions.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
  4. Add the drained tuna.
  5. Cut the boiled eggs into quarters.
  6. Add the olives and mix gently.
  7. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Top with grated parmesan and serve.
