Sweet Potato with Tahini

Ingredients
  • sweet potatoes – 4 pcs (about 800 g)
  • tahini – 4 tbsp
  • honey – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices.
  3. Season with olive oil, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until golden and soft.
  6. In a small bowl, mix tahini with honey (you can add a little water for a thinner sauce).
  7. Drizzle the roasted potatoes with tahini sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
