Ingredients

150 g brown sugar

70 g white sugar

120 ml oil

100 ml fresh milk

3-4 packets of 2-in-1 instant coffee (coffee with milk without sugar)

or 100 ml brewed coffee

15 g baking powder - one and a half packets
Preparation
Dissolve the coffee in 80 ml of hot water and mix with the milk.
Beat the eggs with the sugars until thick and creamy.
Gradually add the oil until fully incorporated, then mix in the milk-coffee mixture.
Add a teaspoon of mixed Christmas spices or your favorites like cinnamon, clove, cardamom, nutmeg.
Sift the flour mixed with baking powder and mix on the lowest speed.
Pour into a 24 cm cake or loaf pan and bake at 150 degrees Celsius with fan or 170 degrees Celsius without for about 40-50 minutes.
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
