Preparation
Cut the beef into cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Sauté the onion until golden.
Add the beef and fry until golden.
Add peas, water, salt, and black pepper.
Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
