Ingredients
  • 500 g beef
  • 200 g peas
  • 100 g onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Sauté the onion until golden.
  4. Add the beef and fry until golden.
  5. Add peas, water, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
