Ingredients
  • 400 g beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into pieces.
  2. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the beef until golden.
  4. Add the onion and carrot and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add the rice and stir.
  6. Pour in the water and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook on low heat until the rice absorbs the liquid.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes and serve.
