Ingredients
  • buckwheat flour – 200 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 300 ml
  • water – 100 ml
  • olive oil or butter – 1 tbsp
  • salt – a pinch
  • honey or fruits – for serving
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Add the milk and water.
  3. Stir in the buckwheat flour and salt.
  4. Mix until smooth without lumps.
  5. Heat a pan with a little oil.
  6. Pour a thin layer of the mixture and spread evenly.
  7. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side.
  8. Repeat with the remaining mixture and serve with honey or fruits.
