Ingredients

fresh milk (or plant-based) – 300 ml

olive oil or butter – 1 tbsp

salt – a pinch

honey or fruits – for serving
Preparation
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the milk and water.
Stir in the buckwheat flour and salt.
Mix until smooth without lumps.
Heat a pan with a little oil.
Pour a thin layer of the mixture and spread evenly.
Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side.
Repeat with the remaining mixture and serve with honey or fruits.
