Ingredients
  • 500 g lamb offal
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch savory
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g yogurt
Preparation
  1. Boil the offal and chop it finely.
  2. Chop the onion and green onions.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  4. Add the rice and stir.
  5. Add the offal and spices, then some broth and cook until the rice swells.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, then pour the beaten eggs with yogurt on top and bake for another 10 minutes before serving.
