Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb
  • cut into pieces
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 bunch lovage
  • 1 bunch spearmint
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 70/80 ml oil
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 400 ml water
Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the meat.
  2. Rub the meat well with the mixed salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle all pieces with oil.
  4. In a baking dish, place some of the green onions, lovage, and spearmint, then add the meat and top with the remaining herbs.
  5. Pour in the water and white wine, cover with foil, and bake at 200°C for 2 to 2.5 hours.
