Ingredients
  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 250 ml water
  • black pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • salt
  • parsley
  • dill
  • croutons
  • grated cheese
  • butter
Preparation
  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them into a pot along with the sweet potato.
  3. Sauté with butter/oil/olive oil for 10-15 minutes with a lid.
  4. Add water and fresh milk along with the spices until the ingredients soften.
  5. Finally, blend the soup and serve with grated cheese, chopped parsley, and dill.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
