Preparation
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.
Peel the carrots and grate them into a pot along with the sweet potato.
Sauté with butter/oil/olive oil for 10-15 minutes with a lid.
Add water and fresh milk along with the spices until the ingredients soften.
Finally, blend the soup and serve with grated cheese, chopped parsley, and dill.
