Ingredients
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 leek
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • smoked paprika
Preparation
  1. Knead a soft dough from flour, oil, salt, and water. Add more water if needed.
  2. Cook the lentils in 3 cups of water, add sliced leek, salt, and paprika to taste.
  3. Divide the dough into 5-6 balls and roll them into thin sheets on a floured surface.
  4. Spread filling generously on each sheet and roll it up.
  5. Arrange the pastries in a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden.
