1/2 cup oil

1 cup warm water

1 cup red lentils

1 leek

2 tbsp olive oil

smoked paprika
Preparation
Knead a soft dough from flour, oil, salt, and water. Add more water if needed.
Cook the lentils in 3 cups of water, add sliced leek, salt, and paprika to taste.
Divide the dough into 5-6 balls and roll them into thin sheets on a floured surface.
Spread filling generously on each sheet and roll it up.
Arrange the pastries in a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden.
