onion - 1 small head (grated)

mint - 1/2 tsp dried

Preparation
Wash and grate the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 20 minutes to drain.
Place the zucchini in a cheesecloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine the zucchini, eggs, 150 g of cheese, grated onion, mint, black pepper, and dill, and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden.
Let it cool, then flip it over, remove the paper, and spread with cream cheese mixed with dill and garlic.
Sprinkle with the remaining 50 g of cheese and roll it up.
