Ingredients
  • 500 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet dry yeast dr.Oetker (7g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 320 ml lukewarm water
  • 30 g mix of various seeds (peeled sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • flaxseed)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds and oats for topping
Preparation
  1. Grease the baking dish with oil. Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
  2. Add salt, sugar, yeast, and 1 tbsp olive oil into the well. Pour in the lukewarm water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Sprinkle the countertop with a little flour and place the dough ball on it. Gradually add the seeds while kneading.
  4. Shape the dough into a log and transfer it to the baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a preheated oven at 50 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, sprinkle with sesame and oats, and bake for 40 minutes until done.
  6. Remove from the oven and pan, cover with a kitchen towel to steam slightly. Slice after completely cooling.
