Preparation
In a blender, combine sugar, butter, two eggs, flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of milk, and the grated zest of half a lemon.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 23 minutes.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes before removing it from the mold.
For the glaze, sift powdered sugar to avoid lumps and mix in some lemon juice until it reaches a thick cream consistency.
