Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces, then briefly place them in a bowl of cold water.
Heat the oil in a pan, drain the potatoes, and add them to the pan. Immediately cover the pan.
After about 5 minutes, turn the potatoes and cover again. After another 5 minutes, turn the potatoes once more.
Add the finely chopped onion and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cover the pan. Add more oil if necessary.
After 5 minutes, stir the potatoes and leave them on low heat uncovered for a short time. Remove from heat as needed. Enjoy!
