Vegan Fusilli Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Peas

Ingredients
  • 250g pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 300g peas
  • 1 onion
  • hemp seeds
  • basil
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
Preparation
  1. 1. Bring about 2 liters of water to a boil, then start preparing the sauce.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop one onion and place it in a pan with oil.
  3. 3. Once the onion starts to sauté, add the tomatoes and peas.
  4. 4. After 10 minutes, add the hemp seeds and spices: basil, oregano, red and black pepper, and salt to taste.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, the pasta should be cooked. Drain the water and add the sauce. Enjoy!
