1 teaspoon ground spice for gingerbread

200 g marzipan
Preparation
Knead the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, butter, gingerbread spices, quark, and half of the marzipan into a dough.
Add the nuts, raisins, lemon peel, orange peel, and the remaining marzipan cut into small pieces, and knead again to distribute evenly.
Shape the dough into a ball, divide into 4 equal parts, and shape each into a loaf about 4 cm thick.
Cut into pieces about 3-5 cm long and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with melted butter and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
