Preparation
Separate the cabbage leaves from the cabbage, cut out the thick veins, and shape the leaves for the rolls.
In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and leek. Add the grated carrot.
After sautéing the vegetables, fry the washed rice until it becomes transparent.
Add and fry the small pieces of meat.
Add 2 cups of water and let it simmer until the water is absorbed.
Season with red pepper, black pepper, a little salt, and savory. Roll the small cabbage rolls with the prepared filling.
