Preparation
Wash the chicken thoroughly, rub it with some butter and salt.
Cut the potatoes as you prefer, season with salt, add oil, red pepper, savory, and mix well.
Use a special clay baking dish with a hole for the beer, or a beer bottle to hold the chicken.
Place the chicken in the center of the dish and arrange the potatoes around it.
Bake at 200 degrees until cooked through.
