Ingredients
- check_circleflour - 2 cups
- check_circle oil - 50 ml
- check_circle eggs - 3 pcs
- check_circle honey - 1/2 cup
- check_circle sugar - 1 cup
- check_circle baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- check_circle baking powder - 1 packet
- check_circle cinnamon - 1 tsp
- check_circle cloves - 1/2 tsp
- check_circle cocoa - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until smooth.
- Add the oil and flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and cocoa.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- With greased hands or a spoon, place the dough into muffin molds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
