Ingredients
  • 400 g fresh peas (can also use blanched frozen)
  • canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • red pepper
  • savory
  • 2 - 3 tbsp flour
  • salt
  • parsley
Preparation
  1. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  2. Pour the chopped vegetables into a pot with heated oil.
  3. Sauté the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes. Add the flour and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the peas and red pepper, mix well, and pour in enough water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Once boiling, add the canned tomatoes and season with salt, savory, black and red pepper.
  6. Let the pea stew simmer until the peas are fully cooked. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
