Ingredients

Preparation
This recipe makes 3 large loaves. In a large bowl/pot, pour 1 kg of flour and make a well in the center. Add the dissolved yeast in warm water.
Mix with your hand. Add salt and gradually incorporate the remaining flour.
The formed dough, which is slightly sticky, is covered with foil and left in a warm place to double in volume.
Once the dough is ready, pour it onto a countertop and divide it into 3. Place the dough in oiled molds and grease the top with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes.
Immediately remove the bread from the oven, spray it generously with water, cover it with a cloth, and take it out of the mold to avoid steaming.
