Preparation
Clean and chop the vegetables into small cubes.
Place them in a pot with a little olive oil and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
Add water and the spices (allspice, black pepper, bay leaf).
Let it simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
A few minutes before turning off the heat, add salt and oregano.
