Ingredients
  • 2 heads of red beetroot
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/3 head of celery
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • allspice
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • oregano
Preparation
  1. Clean and chop the vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Place them in a pot with a little olive oil and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add water and the spices (allspice, black pepper, bay leaf).
  4. Let it simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  5. A few minutes before turning off the heat, add salt and oregano.
