Chicken Thighs with Rice

Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken thighs
  • 500 g rice
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • salt
  • broth or Vegeta
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • olive oil
Preparation
  1. Chop the onion and carrot finely and sauté them in oil.
  2. Once the vegetables are softened, add the rice and fry it.
  3. In a large bowl, pour 1.5 liters of hot water and mix in the spices.
  4. In a large baking dish, pour in the rice and arrange the thighs on top.
  5. Pour the broth over everything. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
