Preparation
Chop the onion and carrot finely and sauté them in oil.
Once the vegetables are softened, add the rice and fry it.
In a large bowl, pour 1.5 liters of hot water and mix in the spices.
In a large baking dish, pour in the rice and arrange the thighs on top.
Pour the broth over everything. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
