Graham Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • For the base: 6 eggs
  • 100 g dates
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 40 g graham flour
  • For the cream: 1 cup yogurt
  • 400 g liquid dark chocolate
Preparation
  1. Blend the eggs and dates until frothy.
  2. Add cocoa and flour, blend briefly. If too liquid, add more flour.
  3. Bake in a parchment-lined pan for 10-12 minutes at 170°C.
  4. Mix yogurt with liquid chocolate and optional essence until smooth.
  5. Immediately after baking, pour less than half of the cream over the base.
  6. Layer the second base on top, pour remaining cream, and refrigerate.
