Ingredients
  • 520 g flour + a little extra for kneading
  • 150 ml melted lard
  • 500 g cheese
  • 220 ml fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp yogurt heaped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 8 g dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
  2. Add melted lard, fresh milk, eggs, and yogurt; mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, fill with cheese, and shape into a spiral.
  6. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden.
