Ingredients

520 g flour + a little extra for kneading

150 ml melted lard

500 g cheese

220 ml fresh milk

2 eggs

3 tbsp yogurt heaped

1 tbsp sugar
check_circle
1 tbsp salt
check_circle
8 g dry yeast
check_circle
2 tbsp oil
Preparation
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
Add melted lard, fresh milk, eggs, and yogurt; mix until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough, fill with cheese, and shape into a spiral.
Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden.
