1 bottle of tomato juice

Preparation
Wash the zucchinis, remove the stems, and cut them lengthwise about halfway up.
Scoop out the insides with a spoon.
Sauté the filling and then stuff the zucchinis with it.
Close with the tops and bake in a moderate oven until the zucchinis are tender and the rice is cooked.
Finally, remove the tops to allow them to brown slightly.
Optionally, you can drizzle with béchamel sauce.
