Ingredients
  • 6-7 medium-sized zucchinis
  • 3 stalks of green onion
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 bottle of tomato juice
  • 200 g olives
  • oil
  • salt
  • savory
  • cumin
  • coriander
  • red pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchinis, remove the stems, and cut them lengthwise about halfway up.
  2. Scoop out the insides with a spoon.
  3. Sauté the filling and then stuff the zucchinis with it.
  4. Close with the tops and bake in a moderate oven until the zucchinis are tender and the rice is cooked.
  5. Finally, remove the tops to allow them to brown slightly.
  6. Optionally, you can drizzle with béchamel sauce.
