Ingredients

70-80 ml oil

3 tbsp flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

300g cheese
Preparation
Mix 4 eggs, 1 cup of yogurt, 70-80 ml oil, 3 tbsp flour, and 1/2 tsp baking soda (combine flour and baking soda before adding to the egg mixture).
Prepare 300g of crumbled cheese.
In a regular baking dish (not non-stick), place 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture at the bottom.
Roll the pastry in pairs, brushing one layer with oil, adding some egg mixture, cheese, and rolling it up.
Arrange the rolled banitsa in the dish and sprinkle with a little oil. Pour the remaining egg mixture over the pastry.
Bake at 200 degrees until cooked (about 40-45 minutes). Flip the banitsa onto three bowls and cover with a cloth for about 30 minutes.
