Ingredients
- check_circle500 g flour
- check_circle 250 g butter
- check_circle 2 eggs
- check_circle 1 packet baking powder
- check_circle 1 cup powdered sugar
- check_circle Zest of one lemon - grated
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and cut out shapes.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until almost white.
- Sandwich the cookies with jam and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
