Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Zest of one lemon - grated
Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and cut out shapes.
  4. Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until almost white.
  5. Sandwich the cookies with jam and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
