Ingredients

500 g flour

250 g butter

2 eggs

1 packet baking powder

1 cup powdered sugar
check_circle
Zest of one lemon - grated
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and cut out shapes.
Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until almost white.
Sandwich the cookies with jam and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
