80 g natural cocoa

150 g butter

120 g powdered sugar

4 tbsp sour cream

100 g dark chocolate

100 ml cream or milk
Preparation
Whip the egg whites with salt and sugar until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat.
Sift in the flour and gently fold in the ground walnuts in stages.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and bake in a 24 cm round pan lined with oiled parchment paper at 180°C for about 10 minutes each.
Prepare the cream by whisking egg yolks with sugar over a double boiler, then mix in melted butter and cocoa.
Combine the chocolate mixture with whipped cream and chill.
Assemble the cake with layers of base and cream, refrigerate overnight.
Melt chocolate with cream or milk for the topping and pour over the cake, garnishing with walnuts or coconut flakes.
