Preparation
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
Add the eggs, grated cheese, and seasonings.
Spread the mixture on parchment paper and bake.
Spread mayonnaise and cream cheese on top and roll it up.
Serve as a cold appetizer.
