Ingredients

40-50 g coconut oil or ghee
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the cheese.
Dip each rice paper individually in lukewarm water for a few seconds.
Place filling on the paper and roll it up.
Arrange in a greased baking dish.
Repeat the process with each rice paper.
Pour melted oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees until golden brown.
Remove and cover with a cloth to steam.
