Ingredients
  • 12 rice papers
  • 4 eggs
  • cheese (quantity to taste)
  • 40-50 g coconut oil or ghee
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with the cheese.
  2. Dip each rice paper individually in lukewarm water for a few seconds.
  3. Place filling on the paper and roll it up.
  4. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. Repeat the process with each rice paper.
  6. Pour melted oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees until golden brown.
  7. Remove and cover with a cloth to steam.
