Ingredients

- check_circle baking powder
Preparation
- Beat the egg with the sugar, gradually adding the remaining ingredients.
- The dough will be very fluffy and soft; handle it carefully.
- Roll out to a thickness of 2 mm and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 6-7 minutes.
- Store in a jar or metal box placed in a plastic bag.
- Optionally, you can sandwich them with jam or decorate with fondant.
