Ingredients
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • vanilla
  • baking powder
Preparation
  1. Beat the egg with the sugar, gradually adding the remaining ingredients.
  2. The dough will be very fluffy and soft; handle it carefully.
  3. Roll out to a thickness of 2 mm and cut into desired shapes.
  4. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Store in a jar or metal box placed in a plastic bag.
  6. Optionally, you can sandwich them with jam or decorate with fondant.
