1 tsp cocoa
Preparation
Beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer for about 20 minutes.
Add the flour and gently fold with a spatula until incorporated.
Separate a small amount of the mixture into a bowl and add the cocoa, mixing well.
Grease a cake mold and lightly dust with flour.
Pour 1/2 of the white mixture, then the cocoa mixture, and again 1/2 of the white mixture.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
Decorate as desired.
